Private Boat Rental Agreement

• The renter confirmed the good condition of the boat before receiving it.
• The renter agrees to return the boat in the same condition, including the tools and equipment provided upon delivery.
• The renter must return the boat before sunset unless additional rental days have been agreed upon. If the boat is returned earlier than the agreed delivery time, no part of the rental fee shall be refunded.
• No one other than the renter is allowed to use the boat and the renter is not allowed to operate the boat under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances. In any other case, if the renter does not comply with paragraph 4 of the private agreement and causes an accident or damage to the boat, all repair costs plus an additional charge of 100 euros per day until the boat is returned to rental service shall be borne by the renter.
• The renter is obliged not to approach shallow waters, rocky areas or swimming zones with the boat.
• In the event of any damage or accident, the renter agrees to stop the boat and notify the owner.
• The renter declares unreservedly that they are able to pay any type of debt owed to the owner.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the number specified in the boat license.
• The operator of the boat must be over 18 years old.
• The operator or any other passenger on the boat is prohibited from interfering with the boat engine unless permission has been granted by the owner in case of emergency.
• In the event of damage or destruction of the boat, the renter is obliged to pay the amount of the boat’s comprehensive insurance as defined by the applicable insurance policy.
• The boat shall be refueled at the renter’s expense at the end of the rental.
• The boat is equipped with adult life jackets, children’s life jackets, anchor, floating bow anchor, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, canopy, ladder, flares, compass, VHF, hand horn, radio, flashlight, knife, bucket and ropes.
• The boat operation lesson was understood by me, I have been informed about the weather and dangerous areas and I have agreed to return the boat to the departure point on the agreed date and time.
• For any ambiguity or dispute between the owner and the renter, the COURTS OF KAVALA shall have jurisdiction.

THE RENTER HAS READ AND FULLY ACCEPTS THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
